Elementary
Permission slips for all clubs can be found in the Elementary Library.
Art Club: Ms. Smith’s Room
5th-6th grades Art club is an opportunity for students to practice a variety of different art techniques.
Applications must be filled out. The art club will be meeting in Ms. Smith’s room.
Board Game Club: Mrs. Estes’ Room
5th–6th graders Board Club is an opportunity for students to play various board games with other students. The club will be held in Mrs. Estes room. 1st and 3rd Thursday after school until 3:45 pm
Book Clubs: Elementary Library
Book clubs require a permission slip from the parent.
Slips can be picked up in the library.
Minecraft Club: Ms. Smith’s Room
4th-6th grades
This club is an opportunity for your student to use their creativity in the game of Minecraft.
This club will be held in Ms. Smith’s room Wednesdays after school until 3:45 pm.
Running Club–Young Runners Program : Mrs. Stanford’s Room
We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month from 3:10-3:45 in Mrs. Stanford’s room. We will be working up to doing 2-3 miles of running every meeting leading up to running in the Ogden 5k in May 2015. We learn about self esteem and how to become a better runner.
Writing, Storytelling, & Reader’s Theater Club: Elementary Library
1st-6th grades
Mondays after school in the library – Beginning September 22nd
This club is an opportunity for your student to use writing prompts to write in a weekly journal. We will also participate in reader’s theater and practice our storytelling skills.
Lego Club: Elementary Library
Lego Club is an opportunity for your student to participate in a in a project directed club where he and she can create with Legos after school in the library.
1st-3rd grade will meet for Lego club on Tuesdays– beginning September 22
4th-6th grade will meet for Lego club on Thursdays – beginning September 22
Yoga Club: Gymnasium
Yoga Club is an opportunity for students to learn and practice yoga and mindful meditation
1st -6th grades
Starts the week of September 22nd
Every Friday in gym until 3:45 p.m. If you have already filled out a permission slip, you do not need a new one.
Jr. High

Strings Program: Mrs. Astorga’s room
An after-school strings program on October 1. It will be on Wednesdays from 3:10-3:45 in my classroom. Students in grades 4-6 are invited to participate.
