State of Utah Survey:

It is the season of survey for the state of Utah. Please be patient over the next few months as surveys pop up and you are asked to respond. The OPA parent survey will be launched after the winter break to provide data on how OPA can better serve our community.

Today, the State Board of Education has asked us to distribute this survey about Special Education services in Utah. Please see the text below:

The USBE has created a survey about students with disabilities in Utah. We’d like as many respondents as possible to share their expectations for and beliefs about educational programs for students with disabilities in our state. Could you please complete this survey yourself and forward this survey to any/all list serves you have for parents, professionals, community members, policy makers, etc.? (We’ve also included a QR code if that’s easier for some folks.)
