OPA IT is proud to announce the addition of Maintenance and Security Services at Ogden Prep. From this point forward, OPA IT is now called Ogden Prep Support Services. There are many updates to our services and we are excited to provide additional support to OPA.
Ogden Prep Support Services now manages three major aspects at the school including:
IT (Information Technology) deals with any issues or needs pertaining to electronics at OPA. Electronics include Hardware (Computers, Printers, etc.), Software (Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, Google, etc.), Internet (Wifi, www, content filter, etc.), Users/Email (Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, Logins, etc.), Networking (Z Drive, Y Drive, Storage, connections, etc.) and miscellaneous peripherals (cables and cords, etc.)
Maintenance deals with any facility matter including Heating and Cooling, Plumbing, Lighting, Elevators, Supplies, and General Repair.
Security deals with Fire Alarms, Security Alarms, Building access, and Security Cameras.
All Maintenance and Security issues can be submitted the same way that IT issues are submitted, through the Ogden Prep Support Services HelpDesk. There are additional fields that allow requesters the ability to specify their issue in detail for all three services.
Ogden Prep Support Services looks forward to providing these additional services to the school and hope that our involvement will make the process more efficient and keep this school running the way we all have come to enjoy.
