The OPA Hotline
The "OPA Hotline" provides an avenue for reporting concerns about potentially improper activities.
In accordance with Utah State Legislature Utah Code Title 63I-5-201(4): Internal Auditing Programs, State Agencies; Ogden Preparatory Academy is providing this resource page to the public as a means to research and report potential activity.
Ogden Preparatory Academy will support the Utah State Auditor's Office in their ongoing investigation of improper governmental activities which are subject to their authority, including:
- Waste or misuse of public funds, property, or manpower
- Violations of a law, rule, or regulation applicable to the government
- Gross mismanagement
- Abuse of authority
- Unethical conduct
In addition, Ogden Preparatory Academy works closely with the Utah State Board of Education to investigate any school related fraudulent activity including but not limited to:
- Sexual offenses
- Drug-related offenses
- Alcohol-related offenses
- Miscellaneous criminal charges
- Alleged Educator Misconduct
